"Dr. Fenia Chang really is a remarkable piano teacher, she has been teaching our daughter Harper the last few years. Fenia has inspired Harper, week over week, even when working on challenging pieces. She makes piano fun by presenting both music our daughter is familiar with and music that Fenia feels our daughter can connect with and enjoy. Fenia has helped Harper become a stronger technical player, Harper’s Music Theory is incredibly strong all due to Fenia. She is a very caring, knowledgeable and passionate teacher. We recently started lessons for Harpers little sister Campbell with Dr. Fenia as well. We would not trust our young child with any other teacher. Dr. Chang truly invests a part of herself into each of her students and their performance, and wants nothing but the best for her young pianists. The passion that Fenia instils in her piano students is very evident when attending a Piano Recitals. Our children look forward to participating in the recital. As a parent, it is very rewarding to watch my Children work and master a piece of music. Fenia challenges our girls to be the best young pianists they can be.”

“I know I’ve told you before, but bears repeating: I honestly don’t know where I’d be without you (Dr. Chang) in my life. Two years ago, I walked into your studio ashamed of how I played piano, and who I was. Seeing you twice a week since then made me realize how far I’ve come since then. You were the catalyst for that change in my life, and it’s quite an immense one. You were the teacher that went out of your way to prove to me that not only was there nothing wrong with who I was, but in fact I’m special for the things that make me different. The things that I once feared about myself are now the things I take much pride in, because you have showed me that being different from other piano students doesn’t mean its not worth trying to be successful. I am looking forward to being your student for the next couple of years and keep learning from my
mistakes. I cannot thank you enough for teaching and being so patient with me.”
